From November 27 to December 22, the Alpine Park showhome neighbourhood opens its doors for TreeFest. Each builder partner takes part by decorating a Christmas tree inside their showhome. Every tree follows a different theme, adding personality and friendly competition to the experience. You will find our tree at the Sales Centre at 79 Alpine Green.

Since the launch of Alpine Park, TreeFest has supported Calgary organizations that help local families. This year, Cardel Homes is proud to stand behind the Calgary Food Bank.
Food insecurity affects many households across the city, especially during the winter months. The Calgary Food Bank provides essential groceries to individuals and families in need. Cardel’s TreeFest display reflects this focus. The tree features festive, food-themed ornaments that highlight the spirit of giving.
A community tradition that makes a big difference
TreeFest goes beyond decorations. Visitors can tour the showhomes and vote for their favourite tree. Each builder has pledged a $2,500 donation to a charity close to their heart. Dream will match the donation for the builder whose tree receives the most votes.
Every vote also creates another opportunity to support a cause. Each voter is entered into a draw. The winning participant will have a $500 donation made in their name to the charity of their choice, provided by Dream.
This turns a simple showhome visit into real action. A short walk through Alpine Park supports multiple charities while creating a festive experience for families and friends.
